DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich is delighted to have two more lawyers on board, David Tritremmel and Maximilian Wallergraber.
David Tritremmel joined the DSC team in 2021 and specializes in corporate law and transactions as well as dispute resolution, particularly in the areas of banking and gambling law. A graduate of the University of Vienna, he also studied at the University of California, Los Angeles (USA) and the Sheffield School of Law (UK). In 2020, he was awarded the Heinrich Graf Hardegg'schen Stiftung scholarship for his dissertation project. Before joining DSC, David Tritremmel worked as a university lecturer and university assistant at the Institute for Roman Law and Ancient Legal History at the University of Vienna.
Maximilian Wallergraber has been supporting DSC since 2022, focusing on corporate law and transactions as well as dispute resolution, especially in gambling law. He is also active in the field of construction law. Maximilian Wallergraber completed his law degree at the University of Vienna and studied at the University of Leiden (Netherlands). He also completed the postgraduate university course “European and International Business Law” at the University of Vienna. Before joining DSC, he worked for a renowned Viennese commercial law firm.
