Maximilian Wallergraber is a lawyer at DSC. In addition to advising on corporate and commercial law matters, he focuses primarily on gambling law. In the field of civil law, his work includes contract drafting, civil procedure law, as well as warranty and compensation law. He also advises on construction and construction contract law. Furthermore, he is active in the areas of public procurement, state aid law, transportation, and customs law.
Maximilian Wallergraber graduated in law from the University of Vienna and studied at the University of Leiden (Netherlands). Furthermore, he completed the postgraduate university course “European and International Business Law” at the University of Vienna.
