Maximilian Wallergraber is an associate at DSC. In addition to corporate and company law, he is primarily involved in matters relating to gaming law. In civil law, his focus lies on contract drafting, civil procedure law as well as warranty and damages law. In addition, he deals with issues related to construction and construction contract law. In the area of public law, he is particularly active in public procurement and state aid law.
Maximilian Wallergraber graduated in law from the University of Vienna and studied at the University of Leiden (Netherlands). Furthermore, he completed the postgraduate university course “European and International Business Law” at the University of Vienna.
