DSC welcomes Felix Prechtl as new attorney at law

Felix Prechtl joined the DSC team in March 2024 and has many years of in-house experience in a listed real estate investment company, in particular in advising the management board and supervisory board office. His legal practice also focuses on stock exchange law compliance, public M&A and corporate governance.
Felix Prechtl completed his law studies at the University of Vienna. He also completed his diploma studies in commercial sciences at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Civil and Corporate Law during his studies. He also gained international experience at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Before joining DSC, Felix Prechtl worked as Head of Corporate Office and Capital Markets at an Austrian real estate investment company and as a lawyer at a well-known commercial law firm in Vienna.
