about Felix Prechtl

Felix Prechtl is a lawyer at DSC and specializes primarily in capital market law and corporate law. He has many years of in-house experience, particularly in advising management and supervisory boards. His legal practice also focuses on stock exchange law compliance, public M&A and corporate governance.

Felix Prechtl studied law at the University of Vienna. He also holds a diploma in commercial sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He already worked there as a research assistant at the Institute for Civil and Corporate Law during his studies.
