At this year's Conference on Law and Taxes (Recht und Steuern, RuSt), Christoph Diregger - together with Ulrich Edelmann - will speak about rights of recourse in syndicate agreements and articles of assicuation. In particular, he will shed light on typical situations of interest and groups of cases from the perspective of majority and minority shareholders as well as forms of structuring in contractual practice.
