Oliver Sturm and Dominik Zimm are speakers at the 2024 Public Procurement Forum

The Public Procurement Forum, organized by the Business Circle, is regarded as the annual forum for public procurement with 4 plenary sessions and 28 in-depth specialist forums on all innovations in public procurement law. The event will take place from October 10 to 11 at the MAK - Museum of Applied Arts in Vienna.
The two DSC partners Oliver Sturm and Dominik Zimm will speak there about selected issues of contract amendments in practice. the external liability of the board of directors and managing director respectively. In particular, the focus will be on the admissibility of performance changes, extensions of contracts and the non-exercise of rights as well as the specific legal consequences of these scenarios.
