The DSC Partner sheds light on the new EU Supply Chain Due Diligence Directive.
Health and well-being at the workplace is not achieved with an apple a day, but requires concrete measures to improve the general conditions in the workplace and thus optimize everyday working life. That is why it is very important to us as a law firm to work together to ensure that we are all well. After all, we all spend a large part of our everyday lives together at work.
Together with ÖGK and with the support of Manuela Ritter, we have worked out exactly how health can be achieved in the workplace in the project "Our health. To the point." project. In order to identify and implement the right measures, we have created numerous opportunities for active participation by the entire team. Ongoing online employee surveys gave us insights on the current work and health situation at DSC, and employee and management workshops helped us to analyze the current state of the workplace. Following these, we were able to decide on specific improvement measures and analyze their success with workshops on action planning and workshops on evaluation.
After a productive first year of the project, we can proudly look back on numerous successfully implemented measures. The improvements achieved have enabled us to obtain the coveted BGF seal of approval from the ÖGK - a symbol of our commitment to the topic of "workplace health promotion". We are proud to have received the seal of approval at an award ceremony at the end of February.
The entire team is looking forward to continuing this promising collaboration as part of the project. We look forward to further growth in cooperation within the team and an increase in the quality of work and life for everyone.
