16 June 2025

DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich continues its commitment to internal growth and has promoted Marko MacKinnon and Clemens Klotzinger to Counsel. With their expertise in Labour & Employment and Banking & Restructuring, they strengthen the firm’s Counsel level and embody DSC’s ongoing commitment to fostering legal excellence.

Marko MacKinnon has been Head of Labor & Employment Law at DSC since 2022. A recognised labour law expert, he advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law – from works constitution matters and restructuring to representation before courts and authorities. Most recently, he has advised on cross-border employee deployment, led mass dismissal processes following the closure of two business units, and achieved the voluntary dissolution of a works council. He has also advised board members of listed companies in contract negotiations and contributed to the development of collective salary structures.

Clemens Klotzinger joined DSC in 2014 and has been practising as an attorney since 2019. His main focus lies on complex litigation, in particular in banking and consumer law as well as restructuring matters. He recently represented banks in mass proceedings involving the unwinding of foreign currency loans, online payment fraud, and insolvency-related clawback claims. He is currently deepening his specialisation in banking and commercial restructuring law through an executive master’s programme at the University of Graz.

DSC continues to invest in the next generation
