Clemens Klotzinger is an attorney at DSC and specializes in contentious civil litigation, with a focus on capital markets, banking contract and consumer law. His expertise also encompasses insolvency and intellectual property law. Most recently, he successfully represented clients in class actions on prospectus liability and advisor liability claims, and in disputes over the admissibility of minimum interest and foreign currency conversion clauses in financing agreements. In addition, he successfully pursued the claims of a German plant constructor against its client before ordinary courts and an arbitration tribunal of the VIAC.
