Isabelle Vonkilch and Lena Werderitsch receive the Raimund Bollenberger Award 2022

On March 30, 2023, DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich awarded Isabelle Vonkilch and Lena Werderitsch with the Raimund Bollenberger Award 2022. The award honors outstanding scientific work by young academics in memory of Raimund Bollenberger.

Isabelle Vonkilch and Lena Werderitsch are university assistants at the Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. They were able to convince the three-member jury consisting of Prof. Dr. Stefan Perner, Prof. Dr. Martin Spitzer and DSC Partner Hon. Prof. Dr. Peter Csoklich with their work.

Isabelle Vonkilch dedicated her work to "Information liability towards third parties", Lena Werderitsch dealt with the topic "Interim legal protection in the resolution law of the GmbH".

The award ceremony took place in the Sky Lounge of the Vienna University of Economics and Business. At the ceremony, both presented their work and answered questions from the interested audience. The subsequent get-together provided an opportunity for networking.

About the Raimund Bollenberger Award
Raimund Bollenberger was one of Austria's leading civil law experts, university professor for civil and corporate law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration as well as lawyer and partner at DSC. The education and promotion of young academics was always a special concern of his, which he pursued continuously and with full conviction in the course of his activities in practice and academia. In his memory, DSC annually honors the scientific achievements of young academics with the award of the same name.
