DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich is pleased to welcome Anna-Maria Heil as a new member of our team. She specializes in the areas of banking law, consumer law, general terms and conditions law and litigation.
Anna-Maria Heil completed her doctorate in business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) with distinction after completing her bachelor's and master's degrees. She received a scholarship from the Heinrich Graf Hardegg Foundation for her dissertation on supply chain responsibility before European courts.
From 2020 to 2024, Anna-Maria Heil worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law at WU Vienna, where she previously also worked as a research assistant, as well as at the Institute for Corporate Law. She is the author of numerous civil law publications and was awarded the ZfRV Annual Prize 2023 for her contribution “Supply Chain Directive - Quo vadis?”.
In addition to her work at DSC, Anna-Maria Heil continues to teach as a lecturer at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
