The DSC Partner sheds light on the new EU Supply Chain Due Diligence Directive.
The Vienna law firm DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich Rechtsanwälte is expanding with another partner and strengthening its public procurement practice with Dominik Zimm (34). Dominik Zimm joined DSC in 2015 and specialised in public procurement and state aid law early in his legal career. His focus lies on full-service support for complex and large-volume public procurement procedures for the public sector. He also advises companies on an ongoing basis on their participation in public procurement procedures.
"We are very pleased that Dominik Zimm has been promoted to partner at DSC. In addition to his outstanding expertise, we value him as a team player and innovative personality." says Oliver Sturm, partner at DSC.
Zimm is not only considered a "rising star" by renowned international legal directories such as The Legal 500. He is constantly working on the development of new legal tech solutions for clients. His vision is to significantly facilitate and automate decision-making in procurement proceedings.
Zimm completed his law studies at the University of Vienna and obtained his doctorate in 2016. He passed the bar examination with distinction and was admitted to the bar in 2017 ( attorney at law). Dominik regularly lectures on public procurement law topics. In his free time, the classic car enthusiast also enjoys mechanical craftsmanship.
Dominik Zimm is the second addition to the partnership of DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich Rechtsanwälte this year. Ulrich Edelmann has also been promoted partner and strengthens the team in the area of financing and capital markets law.
