Julia Anna Mayer and Severin Kietaibl were able to convince the three-member jury consisting of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Peter Bydlinski, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Martin Spitzer as well as DSC Partner Hon. Prof. Mag. Dr. Peter Csoklich with their submissions. Julia Anna Mayer dedicated her research to the resignation of rank in order to avoid over-indebtedness according to Article 67 Paragraph 3 of the Austrian Insolvency Code. Severin Kietaibl analyzed the challenge of error on the basis of legal error.
This year's award ceremony took place at the Sky Lounge of the Vienna University of Economics and Business. The award winners presented their work during and answered questions from the interested audience. The subsequent get-together gave opportunity for networking.

About the Raimund Bollenberger Award
Raimund Bollenberger was one of Austria's leading civil law experts, university professor for civil and corporate law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration as well as lawyer and partner at DSC. The education and promotion of young academics was always a special concern of his, which he pursued continuously and with full conviction in the course of his activities in practice and academia. In his memory, DSC annually honors the scientific achievements of young academics with the award of the same name.
