Christoph Diregger is a speaker at the RuSt Klassik 2024

The RuSt Klassik is considered Austria's most important annual forum for corporate law and will take place this year from October 17 to 18 in Rust on Lake Neusiedl.

DSC partner Christoph Diregger will be speaking there about the external liability of board members and managing directors. The focus will be on capital market information, breaches of competition law and the importance of the allocation of responsibilities.

The "RuSt" has stood for maximum professional depth for 28 years. The balance of theoretical and scientific perspectives paired with practical presentations (50% specialist input - 50% discussion of solutions with the specialist audience) is becoming even more important. Theoretical and technical fundamentals are worked out in a centered manner - exactly where the relevance requires it.
