A two-day special seminar of the Lawyers' Academy (AWAK) is dedicated to the organized capital market. Core topics include the definition, objectives and sources of capital market law, official supervisory mechanisms, structuring options for securities trading, the issue, stock exchange trading and distribution of securities, disclosure obligations, takeover law and liability for insider trading and market manipulation.
