Stefan Fitzka is an attorney at law at DSC and works primarily in construction, litigation and corporate law. He, furthermore, focuses on transportation and insurance law.
During his studies at the University of Vienna, Stefan Fitzka completed a specialization in commercial law. In addition, he gained experience as a legal assistant in several law firms and as a student assistant at the University of Vienna. After completing his diploma studies, he worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Civil Law at the University of Vienna and successfully passed the bar exam in May 2024.
