Peter Csoklich is a founding partner of DSC. He has many years of experience in advising Austrian and foreign clients on corporate law issues and transactions. His expertise in corporate and foundation law issues is particularly sought after.

In addition, he is one of the most sought-after experts in dispute resolution, especially in banking, insurance and transport law disputes. Peter Csoklich assists clients in all phases of disputes, from prevention to management and resolution. He represents clients before Austrian and international courts as well as in international arbitration proceedings. Peter Csoklich is also one of Austria’s leading experts in the field of foundation law and wealth structuring.

Another focus of his practice is advising companies in the logistics industry on insurance, customs and international trade law issues.

Prior to practicing law, Peter Csoklich taught and worked as an academic in the Department of Business Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business for several years. Today, he continues to teach International Business Transactions at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, lectures regularly and publishes in leading Austrian and foreign journals and legal commentaries in his areas of expertise.
