Anna-Maria Heil works as an associate at DSC. She holds a PhD in law and particularly focuses on banking law, consumer law, general terms and conditions and litigation. The Anna-Maria Heil advises Austrian and international credit institutions in all matters of contract and supervisory law as well as in the defense of individual and association claims.
In addition to her work at DSC, Anna-Maria Heil holds lectures at the Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She is, furthermore, author of multiple publications in the field of civil law. Her dissertation dealt with the supply chain responsibility in European courts. She was awarded the ZfRV Annual Prize 2023 for her contribution titled “Lieferkettenrichtlinie – Quo vadis?”.
