Alexander Grau is attorney at law at DSC. In addition to real estate law and construction contract issues, he is primarily involved in public law issues. In civil law, his focus is on contract drafting, construction contract law, tenancy and condominium law, as well as warranty and damages law. In public law, he devotes himself, among other things, to public procurement and state aid as well as building and regional planning law, environmental law, commercial law and university law.
Alexander Grau holds a doctoral degree from the University of Vienna. In addition to his lecturing activities, he is the author of numerous publications in legal commentaries, textbooks and legal journals.
