Niklas Ludvik is new associate at DSC

We are pleased to welcome Niklas Ludvik on board as a new associate. He primarily advises on corporate and capital markets law. Another focus of his practice is the resolution of corporate and business law disputes as well as corporate structuring.

Niklas Ludvik received his law degree from the University of Vienna and worked as a student assistant during his studies. After graduating, he worked as a research associate at the Center for Comparative Corporate Finance at the Institute for Corporate and Business Law at the University of Vienna and as a research assistant at the Evidence Office of the Supreme Court. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in law at the University of Vienna.
