The "Gruft," one of Vienna's most renowned Caritas facilities, has been offering a safe refuge and human warmth to homeless people for over 30 years. Through the "Cooking for the Gruft" project, volunteers can lend a hand and actively provide assistance by preparing and serving meals. The most important ingredient: a passion for cooking.
Yesterday, our team, consisting of Peter Csoklich, David Tritremmel, Suzana Susnja, and Sabine Deutsch, took up the cooking spoons to prepare meals for 150 homeless people. This time, the main course was pumpkin Bolognese, available in both meat and vegetarian versions, followed by a chocolate tiramisu for dessert.
As a company and as a team, it’s important for us to share a small part of our good fortune. We are proud to be part of this project and to support the vital work of Caritas with our contribution.
