DSC honors the winners of the Raimund Bollenberger Award

Raimund Bollenberger was one of Austria's leading civil law experts, university professor for civil and corporate law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and partner at DSC. In his memory, we annually honor outstanding scientific work by young academics.

On October 5, 2022, we officially honored the 2021 award winners in the Sky Lounge of the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Johannes Angyan wrote on the topic of "Liability exemption at the expense of third parties in the intermediate area of contract and tort". Alexander Wilfinger examined "Consumer protection through capital market supervision".
