DSC advisesd Federal State of Styria on the acquisition of shares in energy provider

#Deal Done. Under the lead of DSC Partner Peter Csoklich, DSC advised the Federal State of Styria on the acquisition of a 25.1% stake in the energy provider Energie Steiermark. Energie Steiermark is one of the largest energy suppliers in Austria. Until now, the share was held by the Australian financial investor Macquarie. The closing of the transaction has already taken place.
