For the fifth time, DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich awarded the Raimund Bollenberger Award for outstanding scientific work by young academics. This year's winners, Felix Artner and Uwe Neumayr, accepted the award in the WU Sky Lounge on October 16, 2024.
“We are very proud to honor the memory of Raimund Bollenberger - a great lawyer and recognized lecturer - with this award and to continue his tireless commitment to young legal talent,” explains Markus Kellner, Partner at DSC. “In this anniversary year, we were once again impressed by the large number and outstanding quality of the work submitted. This shows how great the potential and innovative strength of our young legal talent is.”
The three-member jury, consisting of Prof. Dr. Peter Bydlinski, Prof. Dr. Stefan Perner and DSC partner Hon. Prof. Dr. Peter Csoklich, gave the award to Felix Artner and Uwe Neumayr. Felix Artner impressed the jury with his work on “Evidence in insurance law”, while Uwe Neumayr analyzed “Obsolescence in civil law”.
The award ceremony once again took place in the Sky Lounge of the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where the prizewinners presented their work and answered questions from the interested audience. The subsequent get-together was a great opportunity for networking.

About the Raimund Bollenberger Award
Raimund Bollenberger was one of Austria's leading experts in civil law, university professor for civil and corporate law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business as well as a lawyer and partner at DSC. The education and promotion of young academics was always a special concern of his, which he pursued continuously and with full conviction in the course of his work in practice and academia. In his memory, DSC annually honors the scientific achievements of young academics with the award of the same name.
