The DSC Real Estate Team has advised the European Impact Fund on the acquisition of a portfolio consisting of four logistics properties located in Vienna, Lower Austria, and Styria. The fund, managed by BNP Paribas, invests in specific property classes across Europe with a focus on ESG.
The properties were sold by entities incorporated in the Netherlands belonging to the Frasers Property Group, an internationally renowned real estate company listed in Singapore.
