The DSC Partner sheds light on the new EU Supply Chain Due Diligence Directive.
Led by Wilfried Seist, the DSC Real Estate Team advised GENO EuropaFonds, Vienna, on the sale of the Saturn Tower. The new owner of the 90 meter high building is Amisola Immobilien AG, a company of the Wlaschek Foundation. The milestone transaction is one of the largest this year.
Asset manager of the Geno EuropaFonds is Quadoro, an expert of the Doric Group with core competence in product development, transaction and management of real estate and renewable energy assets.
The tower consists of around 33,000 m² leasable space distributed over 21 floors. Tenants also have access to 4 parking floors with up to 329 parking spaces.
Congratulations to our client and our real estate team on the successful transaction and many thanks to all parties involved for the excellent cooperation!
