AWAK Seminar with Christoph Diregger: The Flexible Company

The Flexible Company (FlexCo) offers a wide range of structuring options and potential applications extending well beyond the start-up sector. At the same time, this relatively new legal form raises a number of questions for corporate law practice.

At a seminar hosted by the Austrian Lawyers Academy (AWAK) on 8 October 2026, DSC partner Christoph Diregger will provide a practical overview of the Flexible Company and its potential applications.
