As an "innovative legal form", the flexible corporation ("FlexKap" or "FlexCo") is intended to provide a flexible legal framework for start-up companies in particular. In a half-day AWAK Special Seminar, DSC partner and corporate law expert Christoph Diregger presents potential areas of application of this new legal form both within and outside the start-up sector. He will also discuss the most important structuring options and potential risks of FlexKap.
