AWAK seminar on capital market law with Christoph Diregger

This two-day specialist seminar of the Lawyers' Academy (AWAK) is dedicated to stock corporation law and aims to clarify the differences in the treatment of listed and unlisted (private) stock corporations. Together with MMag. Dr. Maria Doralt, partner at DLA Piper and Dr. Gottfried Thiery, LL.M., lawyer in Vienna, DSC partner and corporate law expert Christoph Diregger will deal with details of the legal practice of advising stock corporations. Core topics of the seminar include the formation and drafting of articles of association, capital procurement measures, liability issues, the majority-minority problem as well as market manipulation and transaction-related reporting obligations.
