Markus Kellner publishes article in the BankArchive

In the current issue of the trade journal BankArchiv, ÖBA, published by Linde Verlag, the DSC partner focuses on the validity of credit processing fees for consumer loans. In particular, he examines the question of whether an adjustment of national case law is necessary in light of the ECJ's case law and what effects the Supreme Court's case law on special fees for fitness studios has on banking law.
