Martin Legath is an associate at DSC. His focus lies on banking law, consumer protection, general terms and conditions as well as litigation. Martin Legath advises Austrian and international credit institutions in all matters of contract and supervisory law as well as in the defense of individual and association claims.
In addition to his work at DSC, Martin Legath is a lecturer at the Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He is, furthermore, author of multiple civil law publications. His dissertation on the unilateral contract modification in mass transactions with consumers was awarded with the Prize of the Austrian Bankers’ Association.
