Markus Weichbold is an associate at DSC. His work focuses on insurance and corporate law as well as general civil law.
During his diploma studies, Markus worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Financial Law at the University of Vienna. After completing a semester abroad at the University of Edinburgh and graduating fourth in his class, he moved to the chair of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Martin Schauer at the Institute of Civil Law at the University of Vienna. There he received his doctorate with a thesis on the liability and insurance law implications of vehicle automation.
Markus Weichbold is author of numerous publications in commentaries, handbooks and legal journals and regularly lectures in his fields of expertise.
