Benedikt Kain is an attorney at law at DSC. His areas of expertise include corporate law, transactions (mergers and acquisitions), as well as gaming and gambling law.

He completed his master's degree in business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business  (WU Wien). Prior to joining DSC, he gained practical experience as an associate at a renowned Viennese law firm, particularly in the fields of corporate and company law as well as capital markets law. There, he also completed a secondment in the legal department of a listed company. In addition, he has extensive experience in transactional matters.
