about Teresa Andessner

Teresa Andessner is an associate at DSC and works primarily in real estate law. She focuses in particular on handling real estate transactions, including all questions of asset and facility management, as well as advising on tenancy and residential law.

During her studies, Teresa Andessner gained international experience as part of study visits in Norway, France and China. After completing her Master's degree at the University of Vienna, she complemented this experience as a project manager and lecturer at the BFSU in Beijing, China, as part of the Robert Bosch Foundation's lecturing program. Prior to joining DSC, Teresa Andessner worked in the real estate law team of an international commercial law firm in Vienna and passed the bar exam in June 2023.
