Simon Drobnik is an associate at DSC and specializes in corporate and capital markets law. He advises on corporate and commercial litigation, M&A transactions and capital markets law.
After completing his law degree at the University of Vienna, Simon Drobnik worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Corporate and Business Law, where he obtained his doctorate with a thesis on international corporate law. He regularly publishes on Austrian corporate and commercial law and lectures at the University of Vienna.
His dissertation on the question of which norms of Austrian insolvency law are applicable to the managing directors of companies under foreign law that have their registered office in Austria was awarded with the Prize of the Austrian Bankers’ Association.
