about Petra Felzmann

Petra Felzmann is an associate at DSC and works primarily in corporate law. She focuses in particular on corporate and commercial dispute resolution and M&A transactions. A further focus is on capital market law issues.

After completing her diploma in law at the University of Vienna and her bachelor's degree in economics and social sciences at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Petra Felzmann worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the Institute for Corporate and Tax Law at the University of Innsbruck. During this time, she was also a research assistant at the Supreme Court's Evidence Office.

She completed her doctorate in law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business with distinction.Her dissertation is dedicated to the internal liability of GmbH shareholders in the event of adverse influence. She has already published numerous other publications on civil and corporate law.
