Julia Cuder is an associate at DSC and specializes in corporate and capital markets law. Her focus lies on corporate and commercial litigation, M&A transactions and capital markets issues.

Julia Cuder studied law at Vienna University of Economics and Business. She also spent a semester abroad at DePaul University - College of Law in Chicago and gained further international experience during summer study programs at the University of Groningen and the University of Oxford.

Prior to joining DSC, she worked as a legal trainee and associate in the areas of corporate law and M&A at prestigious Viennese business law firms.
