Laura Jöchl is an attorney at law at DSC and primarily advises companies and investors on civil and corporate law issues, M&A transactions and litigation in Austria and abroad, including capital markets law. In particular, she also advises on corporate transformation processes, such as takeovers, demergers or the design of corporate structures. Another focus of her work is advising medium-sized and listed companies and their management on liability and compliance. She furthermore advises clients on labor law.
After completing her diploma studies at the University of Vienna, Laura Jöchl worked as a research project assistant at the Research Center for European Legal Development and Private Law Reform and as a university assistant at the Institute for Civil Law at the University of Vienna. She also completed a research placement at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg.
